Ingredients of Asian Grilled Chicken:

1/3 cup
of soy sauce
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tbs of lime juice
- 1 tsp chile garlic sauce
- 2 tsp orange juice
- 1 tsp Thai style sweet chile sauce
- 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 3 minced clover garlic
The Steps of How to Make Asian Grilled Chicken:
- Put the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chile garlic sauce, orange juice, curry powder, and clover garlic in a large plastic zipper bag. Seal and knead it. Make sure all the ingredients is mixed and don'tforget to dissolve the brown sugar. Put the skinless boneless chicken thighs into the marinade, make sure you've squeezed out the air from it, then zip it, after that place it in refrigenerator for about 4 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill at medium. Oil the grate.
- Remove the
skinless boneless chicken thighs from the marinade, put the excess marinade into a small saucepan,
and bring to a full boil for 1 minute to make sure the marinade is sterilized.
- Grill the
chicken thighs until they are no longer pink in the middle and show
grill marks. It will takes 25 minutes. Bast them generously with the marinade as they grill.
